This team building course is based on the proven JTI (Jung Type Indicator) test, based on psychologist Carl G Jung’s personality theories and behavioural profiles. The test will be done by all participants and helps each individual discover their unique talents.
The information obtained through the test results in increased self-awareness, self-confirmation and insight into what motivates them. This in turn helps everyone to get a better understanding of the others and thereby enables better communication.
The focus of the education will be on the development of the team as a whole, but also on the individuals on a more personal level.
The course in Teambuilding JTI gives participants a chance to get to know each other better. In addition, they get the tools to be able to understand their colleagues, but also to see each other’s similarities and differences, so they can take advantage of these.
The goal is that participants gain more respect and greater understanding of their colleagues. Knowing each others weaknesses can turn the knowledge into collective strength.
