Better cooperation with good communication!
Teambuilding MBTI will teach the group to collaborate more efficiently.
Participants are encouraged to turn their differences into something positive and gather their personal strengths towards a greater common goal.
By getting to know themselves, they gain a deeper understanding of their behaviour and others.
The workshop is based on MBTI ie. Myers Briggs Type Indicator, the world’s most used personality test.
Using a SWOT analysis, you create a quick and easy-to-understand picture of the business goals that can be achieved by choosing the appropriate strategy. (SWOT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats).
After the team’s strengths, development potentials, opportunities and possible threats and challenges have been identified, team building can be continued.
A positive group development will be achieved by understanding each other’s differences and shortcomings. This understanding, in turn, leads to the avoidance of misunderstandings and conflicts in future work situation.
