EU English is a language course aimed at professionals who has contact with organizations in the EU.
The European Union comprises 27 Member States which together form a community and internal market of nearly 500 million citizens and 271 regions. The economic and social differences between regions, however, are large and the European regional policy is designed to achieve concrete economic and social results in order to promote cohesion and reduce the development gap in between them.
The administration, management and monitoring functions of the European regional policy and projects in Sweden require a strong command of English terminology for smooth verbal and written communication with EU officials and representatives of other member states.
COURSE GOAL:
The focus of this course, EU English, is to give participants the ability to comprehend and use the specific EU English terminology connected with their particular organisation’s needs and focus.
