GMS – The New Manager! is a management training program that will give you a broad introduction to leadership and prepare you for your new role. You will get a clear picture of what it means to be a manager and the challenges you will face. You will get the tools you need to become a great manager and leader.
Through leadership training, you will learn about different leadership styles and how you can conduct meetings in an inspiring and interesting way. You will learn how to motivate your staff and delegate tasks, and how to conduct conversations with employees. Setting boundaries and conflict management are other elements in your leadership and management training.
You will also be doing exercises to increase your self-awareness and thus become better at making decisions, communicating and relating to your employees. It will also help you become more productive without burning yourself out.
The program will be tailored entirely based on the needs, goals and requirements of you and your company.
