Conflicts can arise in all workplaces and it is important to deal with them before they grow.
Difficult conversations where one of the parties feels vulnerable, such as wage negotiations, layoffs and work violations, are a reality in any manager’s roll.
Our program will give managers the skills needed to help prevent conflicts in the workplace and the tools to constructively handle conflict when it does arise. Learn how to hold constructive and successful discussions, with employees, customers, and co-workers.
We’ll go through the different kinds of difficult conversations, for whom it may be difficult and why they are perceived as difficult. By creating a clear structure, it will become easier to hold constructive discussions and communicate without losing sight of the purpose of the discussion.
The program will be tailored entirely based on the needs, goals and requirements of you and your company.
