Understanding diversity!

This is training in communication aimed at international and/or multicultural work teams, units, management teams and project teams – who want to develop their team play and get a better understanding of how cooperation will lead to increased efficiency.

During the training, we will work with both theoretical and practical exercises with a competent teacher who has extensive and specific experience of teamwork and cooperation and who can focus in detail on your specific group and the tasks you are working on.

The goal of this training is to give you as a team a better understanding of how you work and thus achieve a clear increase in the efficiency within your team!

The program will be tailored entirely based on the needs, wishes and requirements of you and your company.

As a participant you will receive personal coaching and immediate feedback from your teacher.
